Proven, respected, and successful business leaders, as private investors, have formed a branded cannabis products business located in Los Angeles, and are seeking a Chief Executive/President level leader to grow this new business line and market share. The company’s business vision is to be the trusted retail brand of choice.
Initially this executive leader—through his/her sales, business development and merchandising acumen—will introduce, launch, and drive their newly branded products to dispensaries and other distribution channels in the cannabis retail market, understanding both the sellers and customers.
- Blended sales, marketing and merchandising credentials – demonstrating prowess and acumen in consumer products
- An engaging and interpersonal leadership style; those innate and developed skills required to achieve results with all participants and constituents
- Historically proven success in start-up, fast growth businesses, whether as a stand-alone or spin-out
- An executive with the ‘know how’ for developing an effective sales and distribution process within unchartered markets and channels
- A keen working knowledge of consumer products business, B2B2C; and,
- An ability to impact the required eco-systems, associations, conventions, and other external business development channels that make up this unique environment.
Please note that candidates who are in reasonable commute range and able to be in the office in west Los Angeles are highest priority. Relocation is not available at this time.
