The founder:

Scott Johnson is the founder of Motivosity and Motivosity is his primary focus. Scott is also the founder and Chairman of Workfront.

If you have an energetic and fun personality, enjoy the outdoors, push yourself to be excellent at whatever you do, then you’d be a good fit for the team. At Motivosity, we encourage team activities on Fridays in favor of sitting in front of the screen.

The role:

This job is closing sales in a tech environment. About half of your sales would come from inbound opportunities and half would come from prospecting, working referrals, or working with your previous contacts. Ability to close deals is part of the equation. The other part is your passion for making the workplace better for people.

  • Base salary of $45-50k 

  • Commission of 20% on new sales

Required Experience:

  • Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience

  • 1-2 years of outbound sales experience

  • Demonstrable track record of closing new business

  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
