Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic employee that wants a career and not just a job. The position of an Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) is to assist the assigned executive staff member in their day to day operations, including office operations. The EAA is also responsible for, but not limited to, answering inbound telephone calls, responding to general email inquiries, providing general customer service, scheduling of local installations and service requests, and database CRM management. The EAA is also responsible for day to day social media activities and updates. This position requires that the employee maintain an enthusiastic attitude and a solid team mentality. This position's work hours are normally from 8:00 AM (PST) to 5:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday.
