DESCRIPTION

You will be at the forefront of the company and the key point of contact to our tech savvy stakeholders; our partners, drivers and our customers.

You will save the day often, very often! Whether it be helping a driver who’s delivering to a flat with a broken lift, or calming a customer who’s new bag arrived in the wrong color. Your challenge is to persuade the driver that walking up 80 steps with bags of groceries makes him a champion.

Take inbound calls but also make outbound calls to support our users.

Ensure orders are communicated to venues so they are prepared upon the driver's arrival.

Work in a live environment with a team to manage orders as they are submitted by our customers.

What do we expect?

1-2 years in customer service/customer facing role

Experience managing relationships with stakeholders

An empathetic approach to Customer service, being supportive and highly organised

Excellent telephone manners

Tech literate

Ability to juggle 101 things and deliver
