- The Event Specialists are responsible for arranging all aspects of the event from the planning stages, to the execution of the event on the day, to the breakdown after the event.
- As we are a small company, our event specialists are assigned the task of marketing our company both on our social media accounts as well as attending events to market our company.
- We are an events company that caters to all clients around South Africa and hopefully internationally at some stage, our events specialists are therefore required to hold a valid passport and be willing to travel when needed to do so. The costs for travelling will of course be covered by MK Event Managament.
- Our Event Specialists are commission based at this time, as we have not reached our full growth at this present stage. Commission is only based on the events organized by yourself, should another Events Specialist be required for the event, the commission will be split between the 2 of you. Commission to start with will be paid as follows: 20% of the profit made from the event. The percentage will however increase should the company be established and revenue increases.
