  • The following are some of the key responsibilities but are not limited to

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Provide professional and efficient customer support to customers and couriers
  • Gather customer information as required
  • Create ad-hoc reports

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Above average verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must have strong phone and follow up skills
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Must have strong work ethic, solid character and values


  • Project-based/3-month contract starting October,2017.
  • Contract may or may not be extended dependent on performance
Qualification:Bachelor's/College Degree 
Required skill(s):Technical Support, Excellent communication skills.
Year(s) of Experience:At least 4 year(s) of experience
