Front End Developer

Financial Administration

  • Keeping a log of all invoices that are due to be sent or are overdue and informing the Account Managers
  • Chase payments with suppliers
  • Ensuring that all receipts for expenditure is accounted for
  • Ensure company insurances are up to date

Account Management Administration

  • Convert quotes into jobs in Workflow Max 
  • Develop Scopes Of Work for projects
  • Enter project tasks into our project management system
  • Schedule tasks for team members to do 
  • Keep a Work In Progress file of all jobs and ensure all workflow steps are followed
  • Source suppliers to meet job needs
  • Source three quotes from potential suppliers
  • Chase suppliers for quotes and information
  • Liaise with schools by emails to book events
  • Manage the Hello inbox
  • Create purchase order numbers for job purchases

Database and KE Teacher Connect Website support

  • Update database after each send based on responses to the reply to email
  • Perform internet searches to fill in data gaps in our database
  • Keep a list of unsubscribes
  • Respond to teacher enquiries about the KE Teacher Connect website
  • Make Client changes to the backend of the site as required

Office support

  • Order stationary and other office supplies
  • Source and organise individual and team training courses and classes 
  • Contact the landlord when there are things that need to be repaired
  • Manage team activities including the car space roster, kitchen cleaning roster and soup roster
  • Book travel 
  • Annual software audits
  • Manage teacher event calendar and notify team of upcoming events in schools such as Book Week, NAIDOC
  • Help with team recruitment efforts as required – post job adverts and coordinate interviews with candidates. 


Sales and Marketing Support

  • Analyse marketing data from mail-chimp and input into a prepared marketing report template 
  • Manage the KE and Director’s Linkedin accounts
  • Monitor Google alerts for our clients and forward topics of interest to Account Managers
  • Buffer articles to and stories for our social media accounts daily
  • Monitor social media mentions
  • Help arrange meetings for the Directors by email
  • Track social media likes, and follow progress and compare with competitors
  • Post client posts on social media
